Ways You Can Help

On a monthly basis
Can you sponsor a child?

casey stef kids 2012 10The tuition for our school is at a minimal cost to each student. We only charge about half of what the actual costs should be. Unfortunately some families cannot even meet this small monthly amount.

The tuition fees per month are as follows:

  • Kindergarten $25 US / month – actual cost for a child in Kindergarten for one month is approximately $125.00
  • Lower grades $50 US / month – actual cost for a child in our elementary program for one month is approximately $150.00
  • Upper grades $75 US /month – actual cost for a child in our upper school for one month is approximately $175.00

These costs include – books, school lunches, snacks, classroom maintenance, internet, computer use, music and handbell choir participation, and school trips.

If you would be interested in helping to sponsor a student please contact us or visit the DONATE page. THANK YOU to our faithful donors who are sponsoring students by paying their monthly tuitions!

Sponsor a teacher or worker

Without teachers our students will be playing rather than learning. Our teachers come to us as missionary workers receiving no financial compensation from the school. They live on the school grounds for a minimal rent and are able to use school vehicles when they are available. Teachers may be sponsored for any amount on a monthly or quarterly basis. You will have direct communication with the worker you support.

Annual Projects

talent program 05 13 2Buy them books or uniforms
We buy the students’ books for them at the beginning of each school year. The families who can afford it pay a $75 matriculation fee to help with the cost of books and school supplies. The actual cost for these purchases is anywhere from $100 to $175 depending on the subject matter and grade level.

Buy school uniforms for any child. The uniform is a white polo shirt and blue dress slacks for the boys, a blue skirt for the girls.

ONE TIME PROJECTS

Computer replacements
We are no longer replacing computers.  We are instead purchasing KINDLE FIRE units for the students to use to access the internet.  With a bluetooth keyboard, these units cost less than a computer and provide the students access to books through our Amazon library.

REtop the multi-purpose games court
Our court is getting older and needs some refurbishing. Additionally we are looking into a gentler top so that little knees do not get shredded when their owners fall. We estimate this project (surfacing, backboards, backstop/fence) to be about $2000. ( We are looking into http://www.aplusplaygrounds.com/pourinplace and are open to suggestions.)

Help us get a car or van.
The school owns one 15 passenger van which is now available only for authorized school and ministry use. The school also owns a minivan which is used for business trips and student transportation. All of our vehicles are approaching the 17 year mark. We are looking into the purchase of a car in an effort to be environmentally friendly and save on gas and other expenses. A car can be purchased for $5000 or less.

Tax receipts will be issued for all donations.
