Celebrating Mizael and his graduation from HIGH SCHOOL 23 May 2023

We are glad to have you stop by to visit our website.

It has been prepared with YOU in mind – we want you to be able to see all that God is doing in our ministry here.

LOOK TO THE RIGHT in the blue box.  Those are our newest links to the school blog.  We will keep posting NEW THINGS there for your information and prayer.   You can also look us up on FACEBOOK for more photos and activity reports.

We pray that your visit to our website will enlighten you and bring you to praise God with us for the wonderful things He is doing in our north-eastern corner of the Island of Enchantment.

We were encouraged to receive an email which included the following:

We really love the web site and the news letter “With These Hands.”

I must tell you the question “What is it like to be hearing?” really spurred some interesting conversation. We really had difficulty trying to figure how we would explain to someone who does not have hearing what it means to hear. We are truly amazed at you and the staff and how you work with the students.

On the web site under language development the story about teaching a 4 year old gave us a small glimpse of what it must be like. I’ll tell you what though, it gave us a whole bunch of different ways to pray for you all.

Thanks to all who come to read and pray for this ministry.

See a MAP to our SCHOOL!

From San Juan Take #26 to Carolina, the Road #66 to Rio Grande, the go right on Road #3 (east)  to Luquillo, pass the Kiosks, pass Walgreens,  take the exit SALIDA on right.  Turn RIGHT at the bottom onto Road 992 and pass the factories and Bomberos / Fire Department.  STAY ON THAT ROAD  if the road divides, GO LEFT! This road becomes #991. After three divides, three lefts you will be at road 983.  We are at kilometer 2.0 on the LEFT with very blue buildings. Continue until you will the sign that says Christian School and Chapel for the Deaf.

Pray with us for born-again teachers and support staff who will partner with us to educate and disciple the Deaf children of our island.
